The Dylan is a 22mm thick, 5 piece, shaker style kitchen door with 75mm stiles and 1mm radius edges. The doors are made to measure in a range of standard and bespoke sizes. Replacement door for the Loxley range which is now obsolete. The range is currently available in 5 matt uni-colour finishes.

The five piece range of doors makes for a traditional hand made look. See also the Fenwick, Tuscany and Bastille doors.

When measuring hinge holes there are 4 key points.
Distance to the centre of the top hinge hole from the top edge of the door.
Distance to the centre of the bottom hinge hole from the bottom edge of the door.
If the door is greater than 900mm in hight then it is best practice to have a 3^rd hinge in the middle of the door.
Which way the door is hung. Left, Right or Top hung. This is extremely important when working with Hand-less style doors as they can only be hung one way.
The holes in the doors for hinges are a standard diameter being 35mm. All measurements are taken to the centre of the hinge hole.

Description

The Dylan shaker kitchen door range is wrapped in solid, superior matt microtexture vinyl which provides extra durability. The base door material is MDF core with 1mm radius edges. Six year warranty. Dylan Kitchen Doors are supplied 5 piece as standard.

Dylan Kitchen Drawers between 100-215mm are supplied as single piece flat panels. Made to measure drawers are cut from the next nearest profile size and bottom cut and edged.

Pan drawers are between 220mm – 355mm and are supplied as five piece.

The Dylan range is available as curved up to 2250mm. They are made to suit 300 x 300mm cabinets only.
