We deal with a range of products in various sizes and lead times. Below is a guide to our lead times and shipping costs. Unfortunately, due to various external factors, the made to measure items we do not stock will vary in delivery time. We will contact you as soon as we have heard from our factory when the delivery is scheduled.
Please do not book a tradesperson to fit your goods until you have received them, they are inspected and they are damage free. We also confirm delivery times and not to book a tradesperson in an email prior to delivery. Feel free to contact us before placing your order for an estimated timescale for delivery.
Doors / Decor and Panels
Most of the doors, decors and panels are made to order and come from our UK factory with an approximate lead time of 10-15 working days.

Where doors are stock items at the factory, this will be specified on the product page and delivery should be within 3-5 working days.
Cabinets
The ClicBox cabinets should be available ex-stock from the UK manufacturers and have a lead time of around 3-5 days.

Accessories
We normally hold accessories such as Hettich hinges in stock. We post these via Royal Mail or courier for larger orders and they normally arrive within 3-5 days. If we are out of stock of any items as happens from time to time, we will notify you as soon as we know and advise an estimated delivery timescale. Door handles and other kitchen accessories not in stock will be ordered and then delivered within aprroximately 5-7 days.

Click and Collect
We have the option to have your items delivered to our premises in Chenies where you can collect for free. However, if you select this without intending to pick up from us, we will charge the courier fee and an administration fee for the additional work. We will advise you when the goods are available to be picked up and require them to be picked up within 5 working days.

In some limited circumstances we are able to do a click and collect service for doors in Northern Ireland.
Mainland United Kingdom
Couriers charge extra for items which need to be shipped to remote parts of Scotland, Highlands and Islands. Please contact us before ordering to discuss how this will impact your shipping. Unfortunately, we will refund orders if shipping to these areas is not possible / feasible.
